I have always loved your videos! Thank you for sharing recipes to make on the Blackstone. For the fajita, is you have a Hispanic market near you, you may be able to find the meat cheaper and fresher, or you may be able to substitute a cheaper cut of meat. I find stores like fred meyers/kroger so expensive - unless you shop the loss leaders.

I remember making a mayonnaise cake in Home ec class waay back in the early 70s and I really loved it, very moist.

If you re still having to sneak vegies in for the kids, you can add chopped up broccoli I'm the meatball dish (when the weather cools down again).

I always have a problem with the meat masher sticking too. I spray it sometimes with non stick spray and it helps!

I assume your eggs browned because of the coating (previous cooking) on your blackstone not because you’re overcooking them. I think a pan or skillet on the black stone will stop that from happening. I don’t think you’ll ever be able to get them soft on the actual blackstone surface. As in, it’s not a fault of your technique. ❤

For perfect over easy eggs, I add a bit of water to my pan and cover with a lid for a few minutes. Perfect every time, no flipping needed.
